Grown in Rwanda and processed using anaerobic fermentation, Shyira Anoxic Washed develops a distinctive cup with bright grapefruit curd, whitecurrant, and hibiscus milk tea notes, rounded out by heather honey and brioche. The aroma carries that floral quality through, with the light roast preserving the bean's delicate complexity. Despite its gentler roast level, this coffee has genuine strength—brew it as a filter or pour-over to really appreciate how the acidity and sweetness play together.
