Scenery Coffee defines its approach by prioritising fairness over profit, aiming to positively impact everyone in the coffee value chain while remaining transparent about both successes and challenges. They offer a range of responsibly sourced coffees at different price points, from everyday brews to special releases, with a particular interest in higher value-add for producers and progressive processing methods, all roasted on a Loring S35 to minimise generic “roast” flavours and instead let naturally sweet coffees shine. Rather than claiming to be the best or most ethical, they pledge to keep improving, publish a simple yearly accountability report, and “share not teach,” welcoming both casual drinkers and enthusiasts into their community, supported by seasonal releases, early-in-origin purchasing, and illustrated designs for each farm that capture both landscape and flavour
