As with wine and beer, there are hundreds of variations of roasted coffee. Wine of course has grapes, and beer has hops, whereas for coffee, it is all about the bean. For starters, some roasts are only produced from one type of coffee bean, something we call 'Single Origin', and then others are made from at least two different beans, which are refered to as a 'Blend'. Something else to note is where the beans are grown, with not just the country, but also the region having an impact on the taste. We are currently growing the number roasts added to the site and hopefully you will recognise some, and perhaps others are new to you. If you don't see your favourite coffee, please do feel free to quickly add it yourself.
